By accessing and using InsightCompare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. InsightCompare is operated by Mehtab Rosul. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

InsightCompare provides an AI-assisted product comparison tool and editorial buying guides for smartphones, laptops, and other electronics. The Service analyzes product information you provide and publishes educational content to help users research purchasing decisions.

4. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

InsightCompare uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI) to generate product analyses, comparisons, and recommendations. AI generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Results should be used as a starting point for research, not as the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI generated analysis. Always verify critical product information with the manufacturer or authorized retailers before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on InsightCompare, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of InsightCompare and Mehtab Rosul, and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written consent.

6. Third Party Services and Advertising

InsightCompare uses third party services including Google Firebase (data storage), Google Gemini AI (product analysis), and Adsterra (advertising on eligible pages). Advertisements are served by Adsterra and subject to Adsterra's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third party advertisement content. Trust pages do not display ads. 7. Limitation of Liability

InsightCompare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall InsightCompare or Mehtab Rosul be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. User Submitted Data

When you use the comparison tool, you submit product names, specifications, and other details. By submitting this data, you grant us a non exclusive license to use, store, and process this information to provide and improve our services. We store this data anonymously.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
